NOU ESPAi, combines the contemporary architecture that we know from the real estate hotspots in the southwest of Mallorca and which is generally well received, with the privacy and natural scenery that a finca offers.
With the project NOU ESPAi we combine the "best of two worlds" .... on the one hand, an architecturally sophisticated villa with some Finca elements and a state-of-the-art equipment and material usage; on the other hand, a 15.000 m2 plot, which offers complete privacy and tranquility, but also much more opportunities than the usual 1,000 - 2,000 m2 of land in urbanisations. All this only a few minutes drive from Palma in the midst of the spectacular mountain scenery of the Tramuntana with panoramic views of Palma and the sea.
The interior of the Finca is not intrusive but timeless and characterized by Scandinavian accents. The easy-care garden is reduced to the pool and terrace area as well as the driveway and can be extended upon customer request. The aim is to create an easy-care home, which, despite its size, does not cost more work and time than a modern villa in an urbanization.
